2. Products

We sell perfumes, fragrances, candles, and related accessories. Product descriptions, images, and fragrance notes are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible; however, scent perception, colour, and packaging may vary slightly between the image shown and the item received.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing & Currency

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices displayed on this website are current at the time of listing and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

5. Taxes (GST)

Where applicable, prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing Australian rate of 10% for orders within Australia. GST and any other applicable charges will be itemised on your order summary at checkout.

We offer shipping within Australia and worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are outlined in our Shipping Policy. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that some fragrance products may face shipping restrictions to certain destinations due to their alcohol content.

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

9. Product Safety Notice

Our fragrance products, including perfumes and candles, may contain flammable and/or alcohol-based ingredients. Perfumes should be kept away from open flame, direct sunlight, and extreme heat, and stored upright as directed. Candles should never be left burning unattended, should be kept away from flammable materials, and should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
